He attributed the higher forecasts to the rice tariff mechanism\u2019s impact on domestic prices and rising oil costs, among other factors.<\/p>\n
Because these are mostly supply-side pressures, \u201cthe impact may not be persistent,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
