I knew it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>KC then revealed that she was also hesitant at that time as she had not been able to hear her father\u2019s voice for almost 15 years.<\/p>\n<p>With their short encounter over the phone, Gabby knew then that his daughter would find him someday. &#8220;Kasi it was at the back of my head, sinasabi ko lang sa sarili ko na, one day hahanapin ako nito, one day tatawag ito, I don\u2019t know when, but one day,&#8221; he continued.<\/p>\n<p>KC recalled that she was waiting for her bus to go to school when she called her dad. &#8220;Nag-cut class ako that day because nag-usap tayo for the first time; it was the first time we reconnected; it was such a memorable moment for me that I had to miss class,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>The actress remembered becoming emotional in a public place because she couldn\u2019t believe that she was able to finally hear her father\u2019s voice.<\/p>\n<p>KC revealed that the bond and relationship that they have right now are even better than when they started to reconnect with each other.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re very involved and present in my life in my adult years so you really made up for all the time we didn\u2019t get to spend together.
